Do's and Don'ts For Dry Hair

I used to be a long time sufferer of dry hair. Dry hair is usually frizzy, lacks moisture, and is dry from the roots to the tips of hair. Dry hair usually means dammaged hair. Using the blow dryer, curling iron, straightening iron, and over-styling hair can make it all dry and frizzy. Also, colouring your hair often can put it into this state. Here are do's and don'ts to treat your dry hair.
DO use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners, a must for dry hair
DO use a leave in conditioner once a week (tip: after putting the conditioner in your hair, lightly pin it up and put a shower cap on over top. It creates more heat and activates the conditioner to make it work even better)
DON'T use the blow dryer after every time you wash your hair. Let hair air dry as often as possible after washing it (tip: limit yourself to using the blow dryer or other styling tools, like the curling iron or straightener for special occasions)
Here are some products I reccommend for dry hair

L'Oreal Vive Pro Colour Vive Shampoo and Conditioner

**This shampoo and conditioner works great on dry, coloured hair. Dual action UV Filters and Anti-Oxidants replenish porous hair shafts with moisture for healthier that keep colour longer

L'Oreal Vive Pro Nutri Gloss Conditioner

**I use this conditioner, and it leaves my hair feeling super soft and shiny. Nutri Gloss Conditioning Treatment with Pearl-protein complex adds shine and nourishes medium to long hair that's damaged. Each lifeless lock is infused with moisture that conditions without weighing down. Damaged hair is transformed into vibrant and healthy looking and shines from root to tip.
